Privacy, in plain language.
We build personal brands for people who care about privacy. Here is exactly what we collect and what we do with it.
This policy covers velvetpantherstudio.com and the services of Velvet Panther Studio (“we”, “us”).
What we collect
- Preview requests: the stage or brand name, links, niche, contact details and notes you type into our form, plus your confirmation that you are 18+ and control the accounts you listed.
- Client project details: the photos, text and links you send us to build your site, and the details needed to invoice you.
- Verification: a simple check that you control the accounts we link to. We only ask for what we need, and we don’t keep copies of ID documents after the check is done.
- Site analytics: we plan to use cookieless, privacy-first analytics that count visits without tracking you across sites. This site sets no advertising cookies.
What we use it for
- To reply to you, make your preview mockup and, if you hire us, build and run your site.
- To send invoices and keep basic business records.
- To keep this site secure and free of spam.
What we never do
- We never sell your information.
- We never post, share or reuse what you send us without your permission.
- We never publish your legal name. Your site can run entirely on a stage name.
Who else handles it
We use a small number of service providers to run the business: our hosting and security provider (Cloudflare), our payment processor (Stripe, which handles your card or bank details; we never see or store full card numbers) and an email provider to receive form notifications. Each only gets what it needs to do its job.
How long we keep it
If a preview request doesn’t turn into a project, we delete it within 12 months. Client records are kept for as long as you’re a client, plus whatever period tax and accounting rules require.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time. Reply to any message from us, or send a note through the form, and we’ll handle it.
Adults only
Our services are only for people 18 and older. If we learn that we’ve received information from someone under 18, we delete it.
Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
