Terms, in plain language.
The short version: you’re an adult, you own your accounts and your content, you own your site, and we do honest work.
These terms are between you and Velvet Panther Studio (“we”, “us”), and cover our website and services.
1. Who we work with
We only work with creators, influencers and models who are 18 or older. Before we start a build, we verify two things: that you are an adult, and that you control every account and platform we’ll link to. We can decline or stop any project that doesn’t pass this check.
2. Your content
- You confirm you own, or have permission to use, everything you send us: photos, text, logos and links.
- Sites we build are safe-for-work. We don’t host pay-per-view or members-only content on them, and we link out to the platforms you choose.
- We never repost other people’s content, and we don’t scrape any platform.
3. Builds
Build prices are listed on our pricing page (currently from $997). We confirm scope in writing before we start. Builds are paid 50% up front to book your slot and 50% at launch. Turnaround estimates start once we have your photos, links and brief.
4. Monthly plans
Care ($99/month) and Growth ($299/month) are billed in advance each month and are month to month. You can cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you’ve paid for. Work outside a plan is quoted up front before we do it.
5. Payment
We invoice through Stripe (card or ACH). Bank wire is available on request. Invoices describe the actual service: website design, website care or SEO services.
6. Ownership
Your domain is registered in your name or your company’s. Once a build is paid in full, the site design and content made for you are yours. If you leave, we hand over your site files.
7. No ranking guarantees
No one can guarantee a #1 position in search results, and we don’t. We commit to doing the work described in your plan and reporting on it honestly.
8. What we won’t do
We won’t buy fake traffic, followers or reviews, impersonate anyone, or work on anything illegal. We can end a project if a client asks for any of these.
9. Liability
We do careful work, but platforms, search engines and hosting providers are outside our control. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the three months before the claim.
10. Changes
If we change these terms, we’ll update the date at the top. Changes don’t apply to work already agreed in writing.
